March 7, 2020 Chapter 4432 Meeting

Our upcoming AORN Chapter meeting is March 7, 2020 9:00am for education and fellowship.  We are fortunate to have Deborah Enochs from TIDI to share knowledge and skills in contamination risk reduction of the surgical back table. Her presentation offers 2 CE credits.  See the attached flyer. 

Bring your Teddy Bears for the Teddy Bear Roundup!  Our Chapter donates teddy bears to the Plano police department each year to help console children in need or distress.  Medium size Teddy Bears are preferred over other stuffed animals.

Don’t forget your gift cards (any amount from any place) which will be donated for the AORN national conference Silent Auction benefiting the AORN Foundation. 

We will also have the opportunity to vote online for the National AORN candidates at our March meeting! Bring a laptop if you wish and join the fun. I have attached the candidate’s information for you to review prior to the March Chapter meeting.  Voting is each member’s chance to have a voice in the direction of the association and the perioperative profession.
